August 06, 2020 at the production of LLC "smazka.ru" launched a new device for the production of polymer solution.

The polymer is used as a part of the products produced by our company materials for tunnel construction – special mastics for brush seals tunnel boring machines, which have sold more than a thousand barrels since the beginning of 2020.

The design of our own design and complete adjustment of the equipment were made by specialists of the production automation Department.

The device operates in semi-automatic mode, and its maximum performance allows you to get up to 10 tons of polymer solution per day.

Commissioning of the new device will allow us to increase productivity and improve the quality of our products.

The work done is justified by a significant increase in demand for materials for tunnel construction among our partners from Russia, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Turkey.

LLC "smazka.ru" since 2005 it has been developing and manufacturing special materials for the construction of tunnels.
