On the 20th of July, our partners and friends - manufacturers of lubricating equipment, the company «TRIBO» completed the installation of a centralized lubrication system at the bucket wheel excavator «ERSHRD» 5250!

This giant, capable of producing up to 5.250 cubic meters of coal per hour, is lubricated by five autonomous stations developed by «TRIBO».

A semi-synthetic grease of our production is supplied through the tubes of the system.

The frost-resistant greases of the МС NORD series series are specially developed for the use in centralized lubrication systems for heavy mining equipment.

ERSHRD-5250 can be compared with a 17-storey building: the height of the excavator is 51 meters, and the weight is about 4.000 tons.

The excavator extracts coal at temperatures ranging from -50°C up to +50°C at the «Berezovsky-1» mine in the city of Sharypovo, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The «Berezovsky-1» mine is part of the Siberian Coal Energy Company «SUEK», the largest coal mining corporation in Russia.
